Ringing ears

I keep getting droning noise in mostly my right ear but can be the left too occasionally, when it’s happens I feel like I can’t swallow at the same time and then it passes, anyone had this before? Thanks

I do occasionally get ringing in my ears and I think it’s wax build up but could also be from the reflux. I have found that putting 3% hydrogen peroxide in the ear canal and letting it bubble away for ten minutes to help a lot. Put some peroxide in a small bottle with a spout and warm it up. Test to make sure it’s not too hot. I just put a few drops on my inner arm to check. Then drop in ear and keep head tilted for ten minutes. Do each ear. Can be done 2 or 3 times a day until wax is cleared. Works for me.
