had this since i had a gum problem and i have had he gastroscophy and CT scan nothing major and have had the omniprozlle and now the lanprozle still not helping does anyone know what will?? going for another gastrocphy next week

Hi, have you tried regular Gaviscon after meals and just before bed? I take it as well as Omeprazole. You could also ask to try Famotidine, it works in a different way to PPI's with not so many side effects.

Can you ask them to check the ph level of your stomach? Lots of people have low stomach acid that leads to reflux, but which needs different treatment.
