Hi i have had esophageal reflux now for 8 years and someone said this water below will help so thought i would check with others

Dr Jamie Kaufman recommends alkaline water with ph 9-9.5. Read her blog. I bought the Cerra water filter. Seems to help.

No, I haven't tried it John although I am aware of it. I guess it is worth trying to see if there is a difference. Just can't help thinking it's another money spinner - at our expense!

I do not think it will help because I have had gallstones for over 30 years and a hiatus hernia.

I have tried it on and off for over a year but unfortunately it didn't help my acid reflux.
