Blood in spit

hi has anyone had blood in the saliva with h pylori only little bits. I’ve been suffering with heartburn and stomach pain doctor suspects a ulcer I’m so scared.

Sorry to read that you are scared and to be honest I would be too. So big hugs. But if you're doctor is right and its an ulcer it is fixable. I've had h pylori and in fact having a check for it this week. The usual treatment is meds to protect your stomach lining and antibiotics to get rid of the h pylori . I have no medical knowledge and little experience but I don't like to think of you being scared. You don't say what treatment your doc has prescribed but in the meantime be careful with your diet. Nothing too acidic. I find yoghurt gentle on the tum and porridge is gentle and makes me feel full. Good luck. It would be nice to know how you go on.

Thankyou for your reply. Doctor has put me on omopozole. I keep getting pain in the side of my neck as well. Just always thinking the worst.

Omeprazole protects your stomach by reducing acid. So thats good. If you have h pylori you need antibiotics to get rid of it too.
