Cured my acid reflux?!

After months of misery, with lansoprazole becoming ineffective even after doubling the dose, i think i might have sorted out my reflux.

I knew that it was from high levels of stress all along and it seems to be the case that i was continually tightening my stomach muscles.

Yesterday i followed some simple breathing exercises and last night i had zero reflux….I didn’t take my lansoprazole or even any gaviscon!

Hopefully it isn’t short lived tho lol!
