Reflux and other problems!

My reflux became 100 times worse since having steroid injections in spine and hips 2017 it also caused erosive gastritis. That thank God has gone but reflux causes me bad headaches when really bad. It's always present . No matter what I eat. Obviously there are certain foods I really do stay away from. Onions ! Omg ! Also yoghurt which I have read will help the burn . Doesn't with me. Honey supposed help also sometimes but not always. Itnc contains fructose naturally so be careful. I still eat my gluten free bread (trying cut down on bread altogether) and lacto free everything ! I sometimes go off of that and try 'normal'. Bread ok for a few days doesn't last. I also suffer from sinus problems I haven't bothered to tell GP about sinus problems it's just not worth it I've found because usual answer is oh yes that's due to the reflux. No help whatsoever. Soldier on eh.
