Welcome to the group, I thought I was the only one. Please let me reassure you that you aren’t the only one feeling the way you do. I am a worrier too , big time but let me tell you that with help from friends and family you’ll be fine. I used to clear my throat a lot and ended up with a hoarse voice, griping stomach and most of all what I thought were knots or tension in between my shoulder blades. I was constantly moving my arms and massaging my neck. Turns out it’s all related to acid reflux. Chat with your GP, he/she may refer you for an endoscopy, a camera which goes down your throat so they can see what’s going on in there. It’s not pleasant at all but at least you get to know what’s happening and get the right medication. Don’t suffer in silence , chat to your doctor and tell them how you feel. Anxiety kicks of the old stomach juices so it’s like a roundabout- it’s learning how to control it. I’m still learning, and trust me i get real down days too but I had to change my diet and upped my exercise. Good luck xx

Acid reflux can make you feel really poorly. Maybe write down all the things you eat and drink and any stress that you have. If you can find out what causes your acid then that’s a great start. Have a read on here about acid reflux , some really good information. Good luck
