Cmpa and weaning?

Just asking what parents did when starting weaning with a baby that has cmpa, thinking it would be great to Start with porridge but obviously can't have milk in it, do you just buy vegan option?

The doctor did stay not to stay clear or milk completely or other allergens.

Many thanks 😊

Hi we tried purée fruit/veg first then went onto porridge. We were advised with oatley whole oat milk (dark blue one) hope that helps x
