Hi congratulations on your new baby and well done for getting through those early weeks! It’s such a slog. I know at different stages in those first few months feeding for me with my little ones was very impacted by whether they were teething or having a growth spurt or just as they began to be a little more congested. For me the best thing I found was to reassure myself of the things that were working and to work out the pattern of the change and try and see if I could resolve it that way. It sounds like you are already doing so many good things that can help and doing a good job trying to work it out. Just in case you haven’t already found it I found this link on information on baby feeding that might be helpful justonenorfolk.nhs.uk/healt...
For me I found the breast feeding quite hard. I would often ring my health visitor or ask at the drop in weight clinic. I found them so helpful to have a quick chat at these times. You can always ring just one number and speak to someone about what’s going on. Their number is 03003000123 i hope you find something that helps 🤞🏻
