Has anybody gone through ARMS surgery of oesophagus

I am 43 suffering from chronic oesophagitis grade B, constantly on ppi for the last 5 years. My symptoms are well controlled but oesophagitis is not cured as seen from 3 year interval endoscopy. My GP has suggested ARMS should I go for it or should Continue on ppi

Thank you, I have never heard of it. I have Barret's oesophagus, sleep with wedge and don't eat late and take Gaviscon every night.
