For the past week I’ve been doing well, anxiety wise. Today I had a dr appointment in which I needed my mother to assist me with. Everything was going fine until she panicked because an ambulance was right came to close to her car which scared her, meanwhile I’m on the phone with my nurse, my phone is on speaker and my mother decides it’s a good time to freak out , screaming trying to get in another lane ! All of which my nurse hears because she’s stops talking then starts back and hangs up quickly..Now this really messed with my anxiety , because I panicked thinking that maybe I said something I shouldn’t during the call to the nurse? Was I even responding while there was commotion going on? Smh I don’t know if I even told the nurse bye or if I just hung up ....I’m probably just overreacting as usual. I normally get more tense and have intrusive thoughts before my menstrual cycle too.I’m just ranting, my nerves was through the roof today !

Hi Philip, I hope you feel better. I am sure the nurse understood and that you were fine on the phone. Your train of thoughts was upset by the unexpected and you panicked and can't remember what you said or not. It is a difficult situation you were in, scares while driving can happen to any of us and your mum's reaction is understandable but I guess that was quite disturbing for you. How did your appointment go? And did you talk to the nurse since then? Take care and don't doubt yourself. Cat
