Does any one else struggle in their relationship, sometimes I become distant and basically have that many thoughts I try to leave luckily my girl friend manages to talk me round and I finally let her in to what I was feeling. I'm not wanting it to keep getting to this point.

Difficult one. But if you have a supportive girlfriend, do what you can to hold onto her! Try to be emotionally open and forthcoming without overloading her with your OCD. Good relationships are not always easy to come by, so don't throw away one you have!

I 100 percent agree, honestly shes so attentive, I let her in when feeling insecure that's our plan so I don't get to the point of running.
