Does anyone get the the point where they’re fine then a few days later, you can’t cope again..I was doing so well for a while and I keep just spurring things up that quite honestly won’t go away

Yes, my anxiety will always find something to focus on. With the health anxiety, I'll hyper focus on one body part/illness and then if that body "sensation" goes away then I'll scan to see what else I can focus on, or I will read something or see/watch something and will focus on that. Its horrid especially when you have had a few good days. I had a good weekend last week and was upset when I went back to the worrying. I guess it's helpful for us to remember that we actually did well for a few days, so it happened before and can therefore happen again!
