Iv been taking Sertraline for 14 weeks now for depression and ocd, I'm up to 200mg per day which is apparently the treatment dose for ocd but I haven't noticed it improved my ocd at all. Anyone else have any experience of this? I'm not sure if I just have to wait a bit longer for the higher dose to work? Thanks

That is a high dosage , i suggest that you get in touch with your doctor or psychiatrist , maybe you need another med , as after 3 months it should be working .
I can't say if the sertraline isn't working, but usually it kicks in after about a month. Occasionally higher doses can be prescribed, though 200 mg a day is normally the highest. I'm on 300 mg a day.
If the 200 mg a day dose is fairly recent, give it a bit longer. But something that medication rarely does it take away the OCD altogether. Medication is most helpful if used alongside CBT. It can only help a little without CBT.
So ask about CBT if you're not getting it already. There are also plenty of self help books that can get you started, or supplement a course of CBT from a professional therapist.
If multiple SSRI's don't work you may want to consider clomipramine. It's meant to be very effective in resistant ones, especially when augmented.
However, with it I got weight gain, high cholesterol, and a few other problems. You might be able to have observations done whilst on it to monitor whether you get those issues
