OCD - Panic Attack Disorder - Anxiety trio has been always affecting my perception, concentration and generally the information intake of my brain, this is much more severe than it sounds

Of course it is! Our brains are fairly selective about noticing things. So if you have a fear of blood, then you will notice anything red and think it might be blood, or assume that it really is blood.

There is an upside to this. An email pops into your inbox, and if it's from someone you care about, your brain lights up. If it's just a junk email, you merely feel a little irritated and delete it.

It's certainly the case that OCD affects your concentration. I suppose the brain is so taken up with responding to false alarms, it doesn't leave much room for normal functioning. It's like being distracted by a faulty house or car alarm which goes off without cause. It's just that it's so difficult to ignore it. CBT helps you learn to ignore it and not notice it so much.
