I'm constantly worried about the next day. I'm constantly worrying that that's the day something bad will happen. That's the day i won't be able to control my inner trembling and I'll freak out! I get so much anxiety knowing that I'll have to fight another day with this constant worry and fear. I struggle to eat 1 meal a day because im so anxious i constantly stay nauseous, and i always have a pit in my stomach because I'm so anxious.
