A number of people have posted on this site about harm OCD, so perhaps you could read some of what they have written so you know you're not alone.

Perhaps read the PDF and get in touch with the support groups in your area I have posted as a reply to your most recent post. It's certainly not easy dealing with any form of OCD but the treatment is usually the same: medication and CBT.

Remember that everyone has random thoughts floating in and out of the head, and some of these may be unpleasant. Normally these thoughts float out again, only with OCD we attach meaning to them they don't have and hold onto them instead of letting them go harmlessly away. The only damage they do is to you, in making you feel horrible. They don't mean that you are a danger to anybody.

It sounds as though you have been messed about by the medical services. Try to get a referral to a CBT therapist. But meanwhile perhaps practice letting the thoughts just be until they go away of their own accord. It difficult, I know! But it does help.
