i am freaking out i am in bed laying and i start to feel tightness palpitations / sensations in my head im having a panic attack im breathless i feel lost confused imm feel cold and i am shaking is that normal im so scared it feels so weird😭

It sounds very much like a panic attack. They are horrible, but they are not dangerous.

Try thinking of it as like a wave swelling until it breaks. Panic attacks are a bit like that. They reach a peak and then you gradually feel calmer.

It might be good for you to ask for a prescription for promethazine hydrochloride. It's an antihistamine and its primary use is for allergies, but a side effect is that is works as a sedative, that means it calms you down. No need to take it every day, just when you are feeling particularly stressed. It could help with the panic attacks. I take it myself now and again.
