I was taking my citelpram on a morning early as possible as doctor recomended but I was having huge rushes of anxiety tired all day and awake until 4am, I switched to taking it on night just before I go to sleep and feel asleep no probs had some crazy dreams but woke and went to work and feel really possitive can see a glimpse of 10% of the real normal me feel the least anxious I've felt in months and I've smiled at least 10 times already ! For anyone taking it would defo give it ago taking it at night and get all the side effects over with in your sleep and wake feeling groggy for half an hour x fingers crossed I keep getting better really going to try and stick these meds out and get my therapy at end of month xx hope all is well xxx

That sounds really good. I know how feeling even 10% normal makes a huge difference. I think that the dreams could be because you are catching up on normal sleep and as dreams are a part of normal sleep you are due some! They should subside. I've had some very funny dreams when I have had to catch up on sleep. It's great to know you're feeling much better than you did. x x x x

Iam on day two of taking them at night had a lovely sleep with loads of odd random dreams, I feel a tad better again the thoughts are coming but they feel foggy and sitting in middle of my head instead of front I've also been able to glance to future in a happy way and create some possitive thoughts which I could not do at all xxx hope your well too xxx

Not too bad! It sounds as though the medication has started to work! Just being able to sleep properly also makes a huge difference. x x x
