Hi, I was wondering if anyone has had their OCD thoughts/ fears ever creep into their dreams, it's happened to me quite a few times and it's scared me a lot.

Also I should note, as disturbing as these dreams are and while I don't like having them, when I wake up, it kinda makes me realize how irrational my OCD fear is.

I think that is fairly common. When the obsessions are such a significant part of our life it is not unusual that they will bombard our sleeping thoughts too.
