Iv just watched this docu...jeez it's gave me so much answers to my own OCD...intrusive thots drive me literally crazy and the skin-picking iv been doin since childhood. So so glad I watched this iv learnt so much about my own illness. 😊💛💚💛💚
The people on this are even more badly afflicted than I am. But they have all made progress, and for anyone thinking that they can't get better, it should give them encouragement that even the severest cases can be improved.
