Hi sorry I have not posted for a while I think am better now like i said in my past post prayer is one of the key solution fellowed by diet I change my diet and I pray a lot lately and I am feeling better it comes sometimes but not for long and I don't feel scared any longer am back to my self and I try to avoid what makes me think a lot and I try to get enough rest. Thank you all for ur time and listing ears hope this can help .
