Hair puller

Hi, I have been very busy and feeling exhausted lately. I tyed my hair back there for a shower and noticed I had created a balde patch at the front of my hairline from pulling out my hair today. All day I done this and did not realise the damage I was causing. I know this has a name as about 8 to 10 years ago when I was at school I pulled my hair out all the time and I had loads of stumps. I do not know what to do or how to stop this. I have been growing my fringe out for two years and now I have created a balde patch that may or may not grow. I need help before i pull out more hair.

Hi Hairpuller from Scotland I do sympathize with your situation which is not uncommon I myself suffer from terrible OCD. There are a lot of professional people that can help both you and I its just a case of sourcing them out and with the internet there is a lot of advice you can obtain, which might be a start and give you peace of mind.

Thank you rusty for the reply. This was my first step as I know I need to do something.
