The Linden Method is not approved by the NHS on a national level for the treatment of OCD, it does not appear in the NICE guidelines. But more of more relevance and very telling is the fact that no OCD charity in the US or UK actually recommend the Linden Method for OCD treatment, and certainly in the UK for anxiety either the two main anxiety charities don't recommend it either for anxiety. The fact the charities whose only aim is to help people with no ulterior motives don't recommend it speaks a lot.

If you want to spend money, then my advice is to spend £10.99 on 'Break free from OCD', it offers far more evidence based help and advice.
