as we get older our feet size changes..i went from a 9and a half to a 10.how much do the size of feet change over time?

Depends. Do you have any arthritis in your feet? Normal weight increases may increase the shoe size. Arthritis, especially with toe deformity, may actually shorten your size, but need to be wider to accomodate hammer toes, etc.

My feet have gone down a size, after I had the hammertoes & then the entire foot 'fixed'. I'm now a 6 1/2 from a 7.
