Remicade infusion

I had my first infusion a week ago feel very tired and feels like I have a cold, Plus terrible taste in my mouth and got headache most the time, Would this be side affects ? .

Sounds like it probably is your infusion. Call your GP and ask for some anti sickness medication. Ginger is also good for nausea. As and infusion or as drop available from most health food shop.

Hiya, I had Remicade infusions and they told me to look out for any signs of infection as it can make you more prone to viruses, bacterial or fungal infection! So if you feeling unwell I would tell the Rheumy department or your GP in case they wanted to check you over. I used to get antibiotics quite quickly when I was on the infusion. I hope the next one sorts things out for your pain though. Love Axx
