have gone downhill the last 2 weeks, feet are so painful i feel like they dont belong to me if that makes sense, hands are stiff and painful blisters appearing all over my body, seems mtx doesnt work for me ;((((((((
Glad to read the positives. Less the not so. I'm reaching the end of Paris trip and have managed to do most of what I wanted without steroids. Stiff after 4 hour dinner with sister in law in cafe though! And rough night after late night decaf which I suspect wasn't.
I'm over the moon for you!! I guess cleaning's never been so rewarding? I hope you just get better and better, and that you remain free of the restrictions of RA x
Well, I am right there with you!! I am so happy and excited, as many here know, my French Knight in Shining Armor has been in London for 6 months aND WILL ARRIVE HERE sATURDAY BEFORE eASTER :_) hATE WHEN i HIT THE CAPS LOCK, IT'S MY BUM SHOULDER, KEEPS ME FROM REACHING THAT END OF THE KEYBOARD. aNYWAY, ROBERT WILL BE HERE FOR eASTER, AND WILL STAY UNTIL MY SHOULDER SURGERY ON aPRIL 8, THEN HE WILL STAY WITH ME AND TAKE CARE OF ME UNTIL HE FEELS i'M STRONG ENOUGH FOR HIM TO GO HOME. iS HE A SAINT OR JUST CLOSE TO IT? i HATE TO HAVE TO DO THIS, AM REALLY THINKING OF POSTPONING THE SURGERY... tHERE ARE OTHER THINGS WE COULD DO BESIDES SITTING AROUND, SIPPING TEA AND COFFEE AND CHOMPING SCONES
Kayelizabeth - so sorry you are having a rough time. ;-(. Hope for better days very very soon. Blisters sounding awful, poor you xx
Cathie - you have been very adventurous with Paris. I went mid September and it was hard with things like ridiculously high transfer from departure gate to plane bus platform (which I had to be lifted up onto as too high to lift my knees up) and stupid suburban platform which the train left a gap of ten to twelve inches, which I had to be lifted up and into again ....why oh why do they not realise this is not easy for many people?) but in the centre of Paris, things were fine and on the central Metro. Just a long slog and little sleep. There is always the temptation to do too much when in a big city then feel afterwards a big ouch!)
