However Rheumy nurse called me to got hro things to do and was so lovely even happy to get me in mext Tues but decided GP be fine. But nice to talk throuh my worries.

Now I feel a darn cold coming on a feeling very yucky and cant cancel work tomorrow as short staffed as everyone else called in sick.

Then I looked at my diary and decided I just wont LOOK!

Roll on December!

However the PLUS is the boys and girls are back so many swans flying in just wonderful.

My GPS list is so long that I wouldn’t get my Flu jab until December ... went to my local chemist and got it done for free in October 👍😁

Darling I had to look twice as it looked like a photo I had taken, but I know it wasn't. They are magnificent birds aren't they. Get your breaks as often as you can even if you have to sit at your desk or whatever just do nothing and do some deep breathing and some relaxing.xxxxx
