had a letter through today saying that they have tried to contact me on an old number ,,,so phoned back on number given on the letter lol well i start enbrel injections on thursday woo hoo im so happy just the though i may get rid of some pain ive been having

Just want to say good luck. I started Enbrel last November and I was one of the lucky ones and felt so much better the next day. No side effects, no rash, nothing at all. All the worrying was for nothing. On my first assessment for anti tnf's my DAS score was 7.2 and believe me it must of got higher whilst I was waiting to start the drug. Got to the point that I could hardly walk. Three months after starting it my score was.....2.1.....I am now in drug controlled remission and I am so, so happy. No pain at all and for the first time in nearly five years I no longer need to take any pain relief.
