Telephone number to change appointment please

I have received a letter of compliance telephone interview .I have tried to change the date by telephone but the number they have on the letter 03000463 is not the correct one and operator says not.I have tried a few more numbers that also are incorrect or won’t connect.I have also rang PIPS but after going through automated questions and then thought someone would speak as I requested I was cut off twice.Can anyone help please

Why not try your local Citizens Advice Bureau tomorrow?

Pip number is 0800 121 4493 as far as I know , try to ring 1st thing when they open which I think is 9am.

Thankyou.yes I have rang that and am on phone after then just as I think a person will actually speak to me after going through the automated process,I then get cut off.If I get no joy again on Monday I will have to stay in and cancel my hospital appointment instead.it is annoying

There are numerous complaints about being cut off, its ridiculous. Good luck trying 👍

If you don't get through try not pressing any of the options, 9/10 when I do this for other calls it usually says I'm having difficulty with this call, I'll transfer you to an operator. 😀

Yes I was on phone for 40 minutes before lovely lady said letter wasn't from PIPS so now on the phone for another 40 minutes to ESA
