lot of pain

been up all night my hand cant move it , had pin and needle in hand as well , any else had this with a flareup, as very been in this much pain

Hi do you have a splint for carpel tunnel? if not sounds as if you need some I have pins and needles and dead fingers most of the time and try to go to bed with splints on but always wake up with them on the floor they get to hot for me but they do help

Hi, I use to wake in with terrible pins and needles in my hands and all the way up my arms, so I know how you feel, I had a simple operation to sort, and its been wonderful to be pain free, so please go to the doctors and ask if you can have it done, good luck x

thank you yes have a splint which I wear, just had I nice big jab in my bum, so going to bed and try and sleep , to let it work ,x

I hope you have a better night tonight. I wake up most mornings in pain and it takes me ages to get mobile. I have had an awful weekend with flare of both ra/fibro. You take care.xxx

hi if jab in your bum was a kenouloge it does help

but ya might feel a bit hot the next couple of days after it
