Shoulder Pain

Thank you to every one who replide to my blog. I have had a really bad night (AGAIN). I love reading the blogs on here & it's nice to be able to chat to people who know what you are going through because others don't understand about the condition. Xx Alison

Hi Alison

So sorry to hear you're struggling. Bad nights are the worst because they just wreck the days and days afterwards :-( I hope things have eased off for you a bit today and you've been able to get some rest.

Hi Alialibongo

I'm sorry to hear you're struggling with pain in your shoulder at the moment. Arthritis Research UK produce quite a useful booklet on Shoulder Pain which you may find useful, and they have quite a lot of info on their website: arthritisresearchuk.org/art...

I hope you're able to get some relief soon.

Kind regards

Sarah Kate
