Mobility section of DLA/PIP

Did anyone else see Tanni Grey Thompson being interviewed about the changes to DLA/PIP? Apparently the criteria for walking is going to be reduced from 50 metres to 20 metres i.e. if you can walk 20 metres, you are able. What else is being changed 'behind closed doors'. Anyone have more information?

Hi BossyBoots

There's lots of information about the change from DLA to PIP on the DWP website: dwp.gov.uk/policy/disabilit...

If you are concerned at all or have any questions it would be worth contacting your local Citizens Advice Bureau: citizensadvice.org.uk/

Kind regards
