Just a reminder, if you take proof that you have esa/income support or dla. you can get 36 stamps at last years prices. For my stamps 24 first class and 12 second class it cost me just overe £15. It is nice that something good happens to us. So i urge you all to get your stamps.......

Been to dr this morning. Back on steroids one a day and i have to have a blood test for thyroid and then i just have to wait, i'm still in a lot of pain. I think i will be asleep soon. Love sylvi.xxx

Sorry to hear the you are below Par not a nice feeling.

Hope you start to feel the benefit of the Steriods. I know that you want to come off them, but sometimes we have to weigh up the benefits with the risks. In order to have a better quality of life.
