Hi just to say manage to get hold of nurse this morning she said doc should have told me to stop them ;( but because the headaches are not so intense as last week to carry on taking leflunomide if they start to come back really bad to stop and let her know x

Glad to hear you got hold of the staff at last! Also really glad the headaches are easing, did you get the BP checked as well cos its still a consideration with bad headaches. But if the pain comes back again just do what they say and stop the leflunomide but do go back for a check up ,i think, if not the rheumy to your gp!!!

Quite a baptism of fire with the medications for you, I think, but honest when they start to work and they get the right meds for you, you should feel so much better. Thinking of you as its so so hard at the beginning of new meds.

Well, at least you know for the future.....but hope that headaches no longer a problem. I had a bad headaches for first couple of months of MTX, but they did slowly wear off and now are quite rare. Polly
