todays blog it looks like something is working at last of the kenolouge

got up this morning got better grip in me hands little sores with the old inflamation still their but not sore at all YIPPEE YIPPEE.

now all i need is me knees to start and feet and I WILL BE COOKING ON GAS.

was at me mates yesterday and my feet where as cold as anyting thought they where going to frezze.

then later on they whent ok again when i rested them.

so wile its looking pretty decent day im going swimming tonight.

I WILL SOON HAVE TO GET MESELF SOME ANTIFREEZE NOT FOR THE CAR BUT FOR ME!!! if only i could find me bonnet catch.

If your cooking on gas, you won't need the anti-freeze! Have a good swim and so good that thinks are looking up for you.

this weather change today is bad on me knees and ankles though realy sore last night but must have been the swimming.

if its not in one place its in another if you know what i mean

you get one thing going right then the other starts whish my ankle would work a bit better on the other leg.

george do people sweat in the night like i do wonder if i should ask that question i did again last night more than ive done in weeks?
