Hi any one else swelling up due to the heat my left hand and foot started to be painful on Tuesday now they are swollen. Seems to coincide with the heat.

My fingers normally swell a little the heat, but not so far this year.

Its difficult to tell whether its the heat or the RA but I suppose if you are also in pain maybe its more likely due to the RA.

YES!! noticed this also, thought it was strange as most seem to suffer worse in cold weather.

I'm going to try a homeopathic treatment I read about as I'm going to Spain in 4 weeks, you never know and I'll let you know if it helps

My re-done foot has been swelling with the heat too. I wasn't even thinking about it, I had just thought that I'd overdone my exercise. It's been 4 years now since that surgery and every summer it swells up but for the most part-it doesn't hurt.

I have both feet swollen and painful as well only since the heat started and I'm due back at rhemy this week last thing I need

Unlike some ra suffered I don't the heat at all helpful,because like you I swell up causing more pressure on my joints.frozen become my best friends over the summer,give it a try. Jo

I Think heat extremes are the problem x
