I have spoken to loretta and she sounds much brighter and it was lovely to talk with her. She has to go to hospital on monday to have the dressing changed and she hopes that they will put a splint on. She does read our messages to her so that is good. JUst to make you all sick she has some very warm weather over there.

Temps here last week and this week in mid-70's, tomorrow and Tues, high of 80-81. i used to see temp conversion charts everywhere, now of course, some little gremlin has gathered them all up and pitched them over the wall to the Lake Erie.
The newly- wed son and his bride, Tim and Heather, will be here soon to take me out for dinner. Then he will install the web cam on the computer, and she will run the vaci. Miss Bridget has just gone to pieces, literally falling apart! Could build another cat with what I get on her brush!
Son Doug and grandson Jared stopped by yesterday and got the patio table and one recliner chair out of the shed and set up on the patio. I plan to be out there all day tommorow, with my book, coffee in the morning with the birds, and afternoon tea with the squirrels.
This weather has all USA worried...just way too early for temps this high! Might we still get ice and snow? Daffodils are blooming now, the fruit trees are beginning to blossom..this is big apple, peaches, cherry and grape growing area. Many wineries all around us. So freeze now would be a disaster.
Kids are here, must go, may be back tonight. The Jet Stream should be bringing you some of this warm weather soon, if the Atlantic doesn't cool it too much! Love and hugs back to all, L.xxx
I'm glad that you have your patio table up and running. The weather is going to get warm here next week. My son george got home today and it is so good to see him. He has had a chicken lunch and now everything is cleared away he has gone to bed,jetlag. I had a lovely bouquet of pink flowers for mothers day and my favourate chocolates,what more cana girl ask for,well feeling brighter than i am today for a start. Had a better day yesterday,been up since 4 this morning.
