my resukys are back from Medichecks

TSH 1.02

free T3 3.9

free T4 21.1

Seeing doctor today

Asked to see and thyroid specialist but they refused to see me.

They said just keep TSH under 2

Are these results ok

Do not feel right

I take d3 and k2 spray

Levo 100 mg 5 days then 2 days 75mg

Small amount if amitriptyline at night for fibromyalgia 5 mg

I think you maybe meant to post this on the ThyroidUK part of health unlocked - you are on the NRAS site which is arthritis.

If your in the UK then its the GP that does Thyroid although I expect you can see someone privately. I'd be careful too much thyroxine can be dangerous. I take 150mcg a day and its a stable dose. A lot of GP's are wary of over medicating so all you can do is either private or get in front of one and explain how about a small increase ?

Been to doctors today will not refer me so am looking at private now .

Will not be picking the endo that refused to see me, shame because I did a lot

Of research on him got great reviews, but sadly one visit would not have hurt to see me , says just keep her 2 and under TSH.

My doctor is lovely but she says she has done her bit referring me can not do any more ,she has been told to stop sending so many referral.

I take it your B12 has been checked as that causes similar symptoms.

Yes everything seems ok apart from high ferritin and low T3 and high T4

I takelevothyroxine anyway I take 175 every day don’t know why you should change it from 5 days then 2 days a different dose, never heard of that,

It’s not that unusual I have been on levothyroxine for over 35/years and have had it adjusted many times.
