My feet and ankles have been swollen for a few weeks, but the past few days have been very bad. My skin feels like it wants to split. Could it be that I have moved house and have been on my feet constantly?
I am exhausted and try to rest, but there is so much to do and only me to do it. Any ideas anyone?
I think you need to get advice from a professional as to the cause. Especially as you are feeling exhausted as well. Hope you feel better soon.
I think you need to see a doctor - just in case its more than just overwork and heat. I wish you happiness in your new home
I suspect you have already given the answer. Overwork and heat will wreak havoc on the feet but, as others have said already, a visit to your GP just to confirm that nothing awful is going on would be of advantage. I wish you joy in your new home
Thanks for the replies. I am trying to take things easy and not do a lot all at once! My new place is a complete mess at the moment as I have moved from a house to a flat and had to get rid of a lot! It appears not enough.... I am having breaks regularly and putting my feet up. A visit to the GP is a bit of a joke. I don't know who my GP is and I am still with the same surgery. I've not seen or spoken to a doctor for 2 years! I'm hoping that things will calm down when I am more settled.
