This is what happens when she's been to the groomer and now has short fur. She loves the cold and snow usually but this is getting silly.

Poor girl having to wear a coat and oink at that. lol. Bless her. xxxx
Ahh, sheβs so cute. This is one of mine in a Christmas jumper. My dogs generally donβt wear clothes but Freddie came in from a long walk and felt really cold.
A new coat for old! So cute. Did you knit her jumper Jan?
You guessed! I have a book full of knitting patterns for dogs called Woolly Woofers. Sad isn't it?
Not at all! I used to knit with my Nan, a really good knitter. All my dolls had their own outfits too, even Sindy etc. I'm afraid I could never be as good, I don't have the patience, or dexterity nowadays. Although her hands were riddled with arthritis & she managed. I wonder how much pain she was in yet she continued right up to going into hospital. You do well, it's a lovely fine knit so must be small gauge knitting needles.
Aww that's very kind. I do my best but having a few problems with concentration and sore hands at the moment. I find knitting is like meditation even if it's just a few rows
Oh sheβs beautiful, the coats not bad either π
A wee beauty such an expressive face πΆ
Hi GnarliSorry -I'm a bit late with my reply! I just wanted to say what an absolutely gorgeous girl. I just want to cuddle her and give her a big kiss! What's her name? I bet she's got you wrapped around her little paws!! (Quite right too)!ππxx
Never too late, it's good to hear from you. Suki would love you too, Kags. She has us very well trained x
Aah, thanks! What a gorgeous name too. They train us well don't they? Our two cats have me and my hubby highly trained to their daily schedule, and don't we know it if we fall behind!! xxππ
Well you know what they say; a dog has an owner but a cat has staff π. They really are sticklers for routine. I had cats once and would love another but it's not possible. I miss Genghis and Cookie very much.
Aah, I bet you do miss them. Love their names. Hope Ghengis didn't live upto his too much!! My two are brother's and they're called Arthur and Sonny. It's their 10th birthday tomorrow. Can't believe it! We adopted them at 2. As for being staff - that's about right. They do give lots of cuddles though.. Especially to hubby as he's their favourite - grrrr!! Typical, eh?!π
Arthur and Sonny sound adorable and you're right in saying they have their favourites. Time certainly flies when you have pets. Genghis was about 18 months and Cookie approximately 3 years old when I got them from the RSPCA and, yes, Genghis lived up to his name. Dark, oriental and definitely in charge but it was fat, round Cookie that was destructive. She wasn't really fat though. She just had big fur π
I've just realised that's my problem! I'm not fat either, I've just got big fur!!ππ
They both sound gorgeous, and yes, the time goes far too quickly - it's frightening. They both sound absolutely beautiful. Ours are devon rex crossed with siamese, so I'm well practised in cats that come under the "oriental" types!! Bloomin' handful! Arthur is pure black and very siamese in his ways, and unbelievably vocal. Sonny is pure grey, and still vocal but not quite as relentless as his brother. Sonny's noises are a mixture of yaps, croaks and caws! God knows where he got them from! The first time someone hears him, they wonder what on earth it is, and what's wrong with "it". They're always shocked to find it's a little grey cuddly cat!π I think they both have a wider vocabulary than me.π
Hope you are keeping OK, and I also meant to say I love Suki's jumper too. I think I saw from another reply that you knitted it? It's beautiful. Do you take orders for humans too?! - haha!!ππxx
Yes, orientals can be a proper handful - Genghis was part siamese (probably) and very vocal. Cats are real characters aren't they? Arthur sounds amazing and Sonny should be on the stage. Bless them. I hope you're ok too and this cold isn't affecting you too badly. My joints, tendons and various muscles are having a bit of a gripe tbh. A right misery really.
I'd love to knit for adults but I'm terribly slow these days. Crochet is very hard on the wrists too. Sorry π€
very sweet. Max has a little friend Winnie she runs rings round him!!
