thanks so much I called and have now found an email, so fingers crossed. I just was googling Lloyds pharmacy but I needed the clinical home care bit! Nightmare
Lloyd’s never responded to my emails asking re delivery of my new med and I’ve had dozens of calls to them and some returned but I wasn’t available when they phoned me so had to keep phoning them but they did try. It’s a long wait on the phone sometimes to get through to them but I found phoning around 4.30pm was better. Good luck. I’ve to try get in touch with them this afternoon.
As above. Lloyds never responded to my requests. Numerous ones 🤬. Luckily someone else bought the Chemist franchise so I have no probs now. Good luck!

Lloyds used to deliver my meds but they were pretty rubbish. Good luck!
I have my meds delivered by Lloyds pharmacy clinical homecare. I find the best way to contact them is to email them. They’ve always replied reasonably promptly.
I must say I live in the North East and have had Lloyd’s delivery for a few years now and find them really good.I’ve only had one incident when my injections didn’t arrive on the named day but arrived the next. It was during the covid period so I can forgive them that. Yes you have to queue on the phone but as previously advised , the later in the day the better or first thing in the morning. Found them really helpful . Good luck 🤗🤗
