elevated liver function tests

hi I started on tocilizumab infusions a few months ago and my liver function tests have been elevated. They came down to normal but today I got a call to say that they have gone up to 150 from 45. My neutrophil count has also dropped but only to 1.6. Has anyone had this before? I have to go and have more blood tests to see what is happening with myself however I believe it is related to my tocilizumab infusion as I haven’t suffered from this before taking this treatment. My neutrophil count often drops so this is less of a concern for me.

Hello I don't have infusions but my liver results are not good at the moment so I've been asked by the nurse to have a fibroscan, albeit its in two months time!!!!!!

Hi, I have weekly Tocilizumab injections. My AST and ALT are both raised, My WBC and Neutrophils are both low (3.6 and 1.5) I have been asked to not drink and see how that goes! I hardly drink, but I do take Arvostation 40mg, which can also have that effect.
