Hi lovely community,

Waiting on an answer from my rheumatology team but thought I would also ask here...

I'm just back from a hike (abroad) where I left my meds in a fridge. While I was away they were moved into another fridge and the temperature raised to 14°c (should be at 8°c max)

Can I not use the meds at all?? I am away for another 2 months so it's 3 injections...

any advice appreciated! Thank you

Ouch! You can use one in next 7 days, but the rest might be unusable.

Possibly need to involve your travel insurance company to try to get a new supply.
