I’ve been missing in action for some time following severe mental health issues after I had my daughter.
During this time I’ve been diagnosed with myopathy and osteoporosis from my steroid therapy. Anyone else in this situation how does it affect life for you?

Sorry to hear about your problems both with post-partum mental health (I remember it well even after 60 years!) and your diagnosis of osteoporosis and myopathy. Have you looked at the website theros.org.uk/information-a... found their advice very sensible and helpful and have busy doing all the exercises to build up my bone and muscle strength (I only have possibly osteopenia but have been on steroids for many years). What's happening with your medication and therapy? If you are postpartum, you will be having plenty of challenges to looking after yourself.
