Hi Folks looking for advice I have tested positive for covid on the 22nd February the day after my weekly dose of methrotexate I will be due my next dose of methrotexate on the 28th February. Remember being advise in the first wave of covid that was you test positive stop taking you’re methrotexate.

Unable to contact my RA specialist nurse until Tuesday . And Could not get through to the GP surgery, wondered if anyone had the same experience.

Hope you are not too poorly! I was advised by my Rheumatology nurse to not take my methotrexate until I have a negative covid result. Which took a couple weeks.

The same here. Took my methotrexate on Monday, injected biologics on Tuesday … tested positive on Wednesday . My Rheumy team advice was to miss next methotrexate in order “to give my body chance to recover”.
