Last week I had a bad chest infection (had to stop methotrexate and biologics but not prednisolone) and had antibiotics prescribed. I developed this pain on my left side which I've now discovered is a splintered/cracked rib....and boy does it hurt 😔

I can't take ibuprofen. I'm using heat pad and resting. Anyone else had a cracked rib....what did you do ease the pain till it healed.

I know it sounds basic but actually ice packs were the thing that helped me, so painful.
