No, you must not take it twice in a week, if you want to change the day you would need to do it a day late each week until you get round to the day you want to take it.
Taking Metojet several hours earlier is neither here nor there if that helps. But if want to change days you need to take it a day later rather than earlier.

I’m on tablets not injection. I take 25mg weekly. Last time I was going away on holiday I asked about taking a day earlier so I wasn’t struggling travelling, my rheumatologist was fine bringing it forward a day. Best to follow your rheumatologist advice 🤗. I then kept to my original day
