Shall I mention to gp again

I have an unstable ankle, it can happen at any time and last a few minutes to hours and can disappear for days or be with me for days.

Is it worth a repeated mention to docs?

My mobility is not great but this is making me so frustrated and unsure for going out.

Will an xray show a problem even on a day when it's not troubling me.

Please advise.

Yes do go to the doctor and hopefully you can get an X-ray. Meanwhile lace up boots that come above the ankle or a rigid ankle support may give you more confidence going out.

Thank you, I wear sensible shoes nowadays, this just another ailment in a long list. x
