Foot massager?

Is any using a foot massager or foot bath that really does help with the discomfort that RA patients very often experience? If you use one that works would you recommend it?

Hi, I use a Beurer foot spa which is really soothing. It has a built in heater and foot massage . I put Epsom salts in mine as it’s a great source of magnesium which is easily absorbed through the skin and helps to ease aches and pains. Oral magnesium is also great but not as easily absorbed. If you can get into a bath then Epsom salt baths are a great way to smooth and treat a sore body.

I’ve got a cheap foot bath . Just a large foot shaped basin that i use with Epsom salts to bring down swelling. I do have an shiatsu foot massager from Amazon. Not cheap got it in the sale but still £75. I love it it does help my feet and distresses me . Hubby loves it too ( no ra)

I just soak my feet in lavender epsom salts using warm water in a bowl. I try to have regular pedicure and chiropody appts and get a good foot soak then too.
